Jewelry Appraising (JA17) - Gold & Basic Gemology on: Diamonds, Colored Stones & Pearls, plus Pawnshop Operation & Management

A17-day program (105+ hours) arranged in a special package for you to learn the proper evaluation of gold jewelry and gems with emphasis on diamonds & gold, to prepare even beginners for the rigorous demands of the market and industry. This includes the basics of Gemology as prerequisite on Diamond Grading & Colored Stones education of our tutorial Gemology Program. It is a package of 4 different topics where you will learn the methodology in appraising Gold, Diamonds, Colored Stones & Pearls, plus Pawnshop Operation & Management.

4 subjects in JA17 program:

• Gold, its imitations and appraisal (27 hours)
• Basics of Gemology on Diamonds: 4C's, Imitations, Treatments & Appraisal, including updates on Moissanite & Fracture-Filled (70 hours)
• Pawnshop Operation & Management, including Requirements, Book keeping,  Taxation, Auction (6 hours)
• Basics of Gemology on Colored Stones and Gem ID (18 ½ hours)
  Pearls & Basic Pearl Grading (12 hours)
